The classes at Brooklyn Total Fitness are second to none. There's a reason people keep coming back to Sal! He is a super talented trainer and coach and his classes push you to be your best, leaving you feeling so accomplished at the end of each one. Sal has been the most patient and supportive trainer and has helped me find my threshold without pushing myself too hard and burning out. I cannot say enough good things about BTF. Seriously. Sal is amazing and every class is unbelievable. I have worked out at every gym and attended almost every class that class pass has to offer, and I have never in my life experienced a workout as great as the ones at BTF. I started going to Sal's classes last September and I haven't stopped since! The different combination of circuits, exercises, and drills will always continue to challenge you and make the class so much fun (along with the awesome pump-up music)!! This is by far the best class I've ever taken and makes you feel amazing afterwards. Furthermore, Sal is an amazing motivator, teacher, and person. He truly wants you to succeed and continue to progress every single class. Doing this class was one of the best things I've ever done for my body and mental limitations on what my body can do!

I am lazy. I am physically unmotivated. However, training sessions with Sal (one-on-one sessions) are the legit highlights of my week. I cannot express how training with Sal has changed my life.
