Each class is engineered to boost metabolism (cardio) and heighten coordination by utilizing integrative progressive movements combined with strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.

 

The Classes

(On-line) Strength & Resistance

Participants will perform compilation of integrative common and free movement exercises that flows through static, active, and dynamic muscle fiber recruitment with a mixture of cardio, balance and flexibility.

Bootcamp

Grind, push and persevere to your fitness goals. This class offers a well rounded combination of circuit training exercises with varying levels of impact and intensity. Fear not! all workouts can be modified to suit any fitness level... no excuses, LETS GO!
 

Sports Conditioning

Besides getting the basic strength, stability and cardio exercises this class is structured to elevate your level of quickness, agility, speed and power utilizing integrative/multidirectional movement patterns that will significantly improve overall performance and reduce your risk of injuries.

Strength & Resistance

Designed to improve joint support, muscular endurance and strength. Participants will perform compilation of integrative exercises using different base of support (stable/unstable) increasing muscle fiber recruitment, creating a greater potential of calorie burn avoiding high impact.
 

Abs/Core Quick Fix

Transition through a progressive training format of static, unstable and dynamic core exercises that will build an efficient base of support for acceleration, declaration and dynamic stabilization during intergrative, dynamic movements.

Meet Your Trainer,
Sal Dorsey

Sal Dorsey is a Certified Health and Fitness professional and group exercise instructor for over 15 years. Sal has been a competitive athlete since the age of five, starting his Martial Arts training in Goju karate which was the foundation for his discipline and tireless work ethic. As a teen in the early 90's he later transitioned to high school Football, Track & Field and power lifting at Kennedy High in Riverdale, Bronx.

Sal is a certified personal trainer, neuromuscular flexibility, cardiovascular specialist and correctional exercise under NASM, and Black Belt in Kyokushin Karate as well as a Certified Pilates Mat one and Certified Spin instructor under Mad Dog.
