Sal Dorsey

Sal Dorsey is a Certified Health and Fitness professional and group exercise instructor for over 15 years. Sal has been a competitive athlete since the age of five, starting his Martial Arts training in Goju karate which was the foundation for his discipline and tireless work ethic. As a teen in the early 90's he later transitioned to high school Football, Track & Field and power lifting at Kennedy High in Riverdale, Bronx.

Sal is a certified personal trainer, neuromuscular flexibility, cardiovascular specialist and correctional exercise under NASM, and Black Belt in Kyokushin Karate as well as a Certified Pilates Mat one and Certified Spin instructor under Mad Dog.
